Healthy Eating 101

My blog for healthy eating 101.
Materials needs :

1/ Measuring Cup
                                                   For food, ingredients, and nutritious table
2/ A mixer/Blender
3/ A strainer

4/ Couple of Mason Jar  
5/ Plastic food storage zip bags 
Use the one with white banner so you can write on it and about whats in there

6/ Fruit Knifes
To cut and chop fruit

7/ Fruit and Vegetable 

8/ Understand and know which Fruit or Veggie are healthy

9/ How to read a Nutrition Chart on Food labels
